RETURN POLICY & TERMS

 

When purchasing & completing an order with the Cornerstone Cowgirl LLC

 

Also By Clicking "I Agree To Terms & Conditions'' at checkout. Buyer agrees, they accept, understand, have read and are in agreement to the policy listed below, which includes restock fees, final sale items, return policy, sales restrictions, collections descriptions/restrictions, return time frames, insurance coverage etc. If you pay fast pay you are responsible for reading the policy before completing checkout.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: ALL MADE TO ORDER TEES, CANDLES, PAJAMAS, SWEATSHIRTS, AUTHENTIC CUSTOM JEWELERY ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE.

Once an item is "purchased" no refund will be issued, only store credit, even if the item{item's) have not shipped. (even if the order is accidental - or your kids purchased it.) CUSTOM PRINTING CAN TAKE UP TO 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS IF PRODUCT NEEDS ORDERED IN (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

Due to inventory flow we DO NOT offer exchanges, only store credit, Buyer is responsible to make sure codes are applied, sizing & addresses are correct before completing purchase - once order is complete we are unable to edit/cancel. This includes, emails and addresses. Make sure you have access to the email you use on order we cannot send emails to another account. At this time to insure fast shipping we do not accept special request on orders. They are as placed.

Shipping

Our Processing time is 8-10 Business days, hours are 9am-4pm (Monday and Wednesday) Phoenix time.

 

Orders placed after 4pm on business days are considered ordered the next day. All orders are shipped First Class USPS. USPS high priority can be added for an additional cost.

If expedited shipping is paid for, this doesn’t expedite
processing time. It only speeds up shipping transit time.

 

At time items may be heavier and cost more to ship, we will send a separate invoice, this will be listed in the description.

 

Currently we are only authorized to ship and sell within the United States. 

​

If you live outside of the United States, tell us more. We'd love to know who you are, where you live and how you found us. 

 

  • Shipping may be more than estimated at checkout and the difference will be invoiced (if needed).

  • Please keep this ( all fees incurred are buyers responsibly) in mind when shopping we do not cancel due to shipping cost.

  • All buyers buy at their own risk, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

  • Once an item leaves our store we are not responsible for it.

  • If orders are placed separate shipping costs will not be refunded. (due to cost incurred and shipping increase ) (if shipping is refused to pay initial cost goes on store credit) Check and double check your address. We cannot change the address once an order is complete.

  • If the package is sent back it'll be at buyer cost to ship again and correct the address during checkout , all other cost incurred due to wrong address are buyers responsibility ,if new shipping is not paid within 20 days item will go back in stock and credit will be applied to buyers account.

  • We cannot guarantee returns/refused items will be returned to us at this time.

  • We are not responsible for lost items if you are checking out on another source (Facebook, Instagram, etc) & you want coverage must request it or you are responsible for your item: loss, theft, damage etc.

Final Sale Items

EXCLUSIVES - MADE TO ORDER

  • ALL (holiday items )are final sale. All purchases with a return/store credit code (full or partial) used on or from a previous return, are FINAL SALE. 

  • ALL FOOTWEAR

  • In instances they are accepted they must be shipped in original box, within another source of packaging- there will be 30%+restock fee. 

  • CUSTOM ORDERS/PREORDERS

  • Custom sizing are all final sale, these can take up to 2-4 weeks for us to receive please take note of that when ordering. -- they cannot be canceled. 

  • OTHER FINAL SALE ITEM INCLUDE:

    • Seasonal Items, basics tanks, bralettes, bodysuits, candles, pajamas, swimwear, shoes, purses, purse straps, backpacks, bags, jewelry, belts, tumblers, hats, rugs, any/all Accessories, home/car decor, stickers bedding/blankets, custom orders etc.
       

  • Items sold at shows are a final sale Due to commonly donating a percentage of sales. - these item are sold "as is" In some instances that a final sale is accepted for return there will be a fee of 30%+
     

  • Once you check out with a "final sale" item it is FINAL SALE no exceptions.

Return Items

ALL Clothing can be returned within 5 days of receiving.​
 

  •  Request for returns must be made within 5 days of receiving

    • (Example: if received the 18th item(s) need to be in the mail the 23rd (return request must be made by the 20th) if 5th day is a weekend it will need to be shipped out the Friday before please plan accordingly)

    • You must file a return claim within 5 days of receiving through portal listed below & ship out within 5 days, (please do not email us for returns it must be claimed through the portal or it will not be accepted.)

    • We have the right to refuse a customers returns due to high number of returns/or other issues, and/or issue a higher restock fee. 
       

  • Store Credits are issued within 3 Fridays of receiving.

    • If an item is received on a Friday it will be 3 Fridays from the following Friday.

    • Items will be returned to sender and new shipping will need paid for.

    • Items will only be accepted with tags on, non washed or worn.

    • If received & item has been washed or worn it will not be accepted.

    • Items returned, are returned at buyer's cost(if “refused” or returned to sender a $10 shipping fee is deducted due to us being charged)it will .

    • Items must be returned in condition that it was purchased in, if the item is damaged the buyer is responsible.
